  • NEC UC Desktop Suite including UC Attendant, UC Desktop and the SP310 Softphone. We take your telephone to the next level. With this suite of products we increase your efficiency and help complete tasks in a couple mouse clicks.
  • Call Center Products for NEC and Nortel. Including ACD MIS software as well as wallboards. We make it easy to determine if your call center is functioning with top efficiency or where road blocks exist. This information can be analyzed as real-time data or as historical data.
  • For the security industry we provide a PBX Alarm System. The purpose of the PBX Alarm System is to detect certain classes of alarms and notify a central point of the alarm condition. When one of the conditions is detected, the PBX Alarm System generates a visual and audible alarm on a Personal Computer (PC) located at Central Control.
